Fixed few things annoyed me in doxygen hilighting + some new cool features has been added :)

* added about 30 new keywords supported by modern doxygen (1.5.9)
* @code/@endcode, @verbatim/@endverbatim introduce new context (and hilighting text style). Inside this sections doxygen commands are disabled. so u may type C++ templates in @code, or anything u want in @verbatime and wouldn\'t see wrong highlighted text...
* @f[ introduce new context called Formulas

... just look at screenshot and u\'ll understand all new features :)

Fixes I've done since the 1.42 version:

0) non C++ keywords are removed. Particularly:
0.1) type_info is just a class name from std::
0.2) bad_cast, bad_typeid are exception classes from std::
0.3) xalloc is just a method from std::ios
0.4) except, finally non standard (java?) keywords
0.5) qobject_cast moved to Qt related stuff
1) add highlighting for std:: namespace
2) add universal-character-name highlighting (\uXXXX and \UXXXXXXXX) in strings

To install copy the file cpp.xml to ~/.kde/share/apps/katepart/syntax/
