Reporting bugs and issues

As every piece of software, KDE software can contain bugs. In order to fix it, the KDE team needs detailed information about these problems. The best way to notify developers of issues is to record them in KDE's issue tracking system. Before reporting bugs, please make sure the issue in question is not already recorded. In that case, you can vote for the bug and add information to it so it becomes easier for developers to fix it.

Reporting security issues

The KDE security team tries to respond to possible security issues with KDE and KDE software. Reports will be investigated and handled according to the KDE Security Policy. Please send any issues you might find to security@kde.org. See KDE Security Info for more details.

Issues and questions about this website

KDE's websites are run and maintained by the KDE webmasters team. You can email the KDE webmasters. Please do not report issues with the software to this address, but use KDE's Bugzilla. Please note that the KDE webmasters email reaches a publically archived mailinglist. If you do not want your name and email to show up on publically visible email archives, do not send email to this address.
